Digital Assistant & Outreach Coordinator (Remote / Canada)

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Digital Assistant to begin immediately & help anchor the operational and administrative side of this work.

Projects will include The Mythic Masculine, as well as the Cascadia Men's Conference.

This is a remote, part-time position starting at 5 hours per week, with room to grow as our collaboration evolves.

The Role & Alignment

The primary focus of this role is administrative coordination and outreach. I am looking for an organized "right hand" to manage the flow of communication and keep the backend of the mission running smoothly.

Note on Alignment: Given the nature of the work at The Mythic Masculine, this position is for a man who is already drawn to—or active in—the worlds of mythology, archetypes, and the mythopoetic path. Understanding the nuance of this "soul-work" is essential for communicating authentically with our community and partners.

• Compensation: $18–$20 CAD / hour starting rate (with a performance and compensation review after a 90-day training period).

• Commitment: 5 hours/week to start.

• Location: Remote, though priority given to Canadians 

• Timezone: Pacific Time (PT) preferred for ease of coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Outreach & Partnerships: Proactively managing communication and follow-ups with aligned organizations, media outlets, and potential collaborators.

• Inbox & Admin Stewardship: Managing general inquiries via email and ensuring a timely, professional, and soulful response.

• Systems Coordination: Organizing schedules, managing Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets), and supporting community members within Kajabi.

• Secondary Support: Occasional social media engagement (FB/IG) and light design assistance (Canva) as needed.

• Reliable & Self-Directed: You are a "finisher" who takes ownership of tasks without needing constant oversight.

• Tech-Fluent: You are proficient in Google Suite and ideally have experience (or a very quick learning curve) with Kajabi.
